Therapy for people-pleasers and perfectionists.

I’m Katy.

I help people pleasers - exhausted by the endless pursuit of perfection - find their version of good enough.

Good enough is a state of contentment you define for yourself. Once defined, the people pleasing part of you can relax knowing that you are good enough just as you are.

You are in the right place if:

  • You want to feel good enough, seen, and valued.

  • You do everything you can to achieve, follow the rules, do well…but you still don’t feel whole.

  • You are ready to stop sacrificing your needs, thoughts, and feelings for the needs, thoughts, and feelings of others.

My Approach

You are not broken or in need of fixing. You are enough - exactly as you are. As your companion and guide, I will help you find your innermost voice that truly knows the way. Together we might laugh, we might cry, but through the process, you will connect to your deepest self, and find your version of contentment.
