What will the first session look like?

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We will talk about what brought you to therapy and I can get a feel for who you are and learn about what’s going on in your life. You’ll have a chance to see my therapy style and ask me questions, too.

When do you offer sessions?

Monday and Tuesday 9:00-4:00pm. Evening appointments may be available upon request. The best way to discuss available appointments is to schedule a quick consultation.

Are sessions in person or virtual?

Both! In-person sessions are at Human Dynamics 2804 Forum Blvd. Suite 3A Columbia, MO 65203. Virtual sessions are available through your secure client portal.

Do you take insurance? How do I pay?

I am not in-network with any insurance carriers. Session fees are self-pay or “out-of-pocket.” Sessions can be paid for with a debit card, credit card, HSA, or FSA through your secure client portal. I can provide you with a superbill that you submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.

Do you offer sliding scale session fees?

I offer a sliding scale for clients going through financial hardship. Please email me at therapy@katyaull.com to discuss this options.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email therapy@katyaull.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellation less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will result in a charge of the full session fee.
